Clothes dilemma! Please Help?

I've just bought this top from new look but don't know how/what to wear with it.. Please help

I want to wear it as a dress for night (i can get away with it because im only 5ft!)
Accessories? i don't want it looking plain

And also how can i turn it into something to wear in the day?

At night: Wear some nice heels or stillettos with it, some layered neckalces and hoop earrings in either gold or silver tone. Bangles would look great with it too.

During day, wear leggings underneath (grey or white you don't want too much black on black) a pair of ballet flats and a waist belt.

  Just a few, but i think theyd go welll!!
• i would wear it with coloured (but not obnoxiously) tights.
  like in light pink, red, purple, green etc.
  and black heels.
  
  for daytime.
  wear skinny jeans, and put on the top. then fold the elasticated hem at the bottom up. like on the inside though, so the top is slightly bubble hemmed.
  then put on a cardigan and flats.
• wear a bronze long necklace and plenty of bangles
  
  for the day u might try to wear it over drain pipe jeans if its not too long
