I wear size 10 mens what is the translation in women's shoes...?

a men's size "10 D" (D=medium for men) would be equal to a women's "11.5 D" or "11.5 Wide" (because D=wide for women).

Go European and you'll find that the sizes are the same. I think it's 42.
USA shoe sizes are higher than UK sizes. I take a 2 1/2, but I once bought some US shoes and they were a 4 and they fitted perfectly.
