Do you wear a bra in bed?

My friend was really shocked that I never wear a bra in bed.

She reckons that this will cause me to sag later

Is this true? Do you wear a bra in bed?

No, I don't wear a bra in bed either, and I don't know anyone who does.

I think I heard somewhere that it's not good to wear a bra in bed, and it seems natural not to if you ask me.

  Any doctor will tell you that wearing a bra, or NOT wearing a bra, in bed or during the day, has absoutely NO effect on how much you sag or don't sag later in life.
  
  Bras also have no effect on cancer, or how much they grow.
  
  I have no idea why someone would wear one to bed unless they just had enormous breasts that got in her way somehow.

• oh my god.... firstly, bra`s are meant to hold your breasts throughout the day, so that when you walk they wouldn't jump up and down, causing the breast tissue to loosen, and causing you to have loosen and ugly **** in a few years. secondly, they are meant to make your breasts look a little bigger if they are small. i wear a bra when i sleep and change to pj`s when i am in a trip or camp because if people know me having the size that i have over the day, i don't want them to think "she's a fraud! she has a lot smaller **** than what it seems like"
  ok...no offense, but what is the problem of your friend?? wearing a bra while sleeping is kind of uncomfortable. and, if no one sees you, why should you wear a bra in bed??
• It's a myth that not wearing a bra will cause you to sag. The only factors that contribute to sagging are aging, gravity, pregnancy and weight/hormone fluctuations. I do not wear a bra to bed because I find it uncomfortable.

• I don't. I've heard that not wearing a bra to bed can cause them to sag, but I've also heard wearing one and cause breast cancer although I doubt that. I don't wear one because the are uncomfortable and besides I'm so flat that it's hard for them to sag anyways lol. But when you think about it, you are laying down in bed so there is no gravity pulling on your breats. So how can they sag??

  I don't generally wear one at night, but I am an F cup, and sometimes it's just more comfortable to wear a soft sports bra at night to stop them getting in the way,..if you know what I mean! hehehe

• They say it helps your breasts grow more if you don't wear a bra. I don't really know for sure if they sag if you don't wear one. I guess its just how you feel more comfortable with or without.I don't wear one to bed. But thats just me.
• not really because I feel like my rib cage is being compressed tightly by the bra so it gets very uncomfy and I feel like I'm suffocating so , as much as possible I try to make sure that I remove my bra before I go to sleep! :-)
• I have only worn a bra in bed whilst I was pregnant and breast feeding. I am only a B cup so sagging is not a problem. If I was larger I would wear a bar at night.

• No. You don't wear a bra to bed. It's very bad for your breasts. Just wear one during the day and you'll be looking gorgeous :)
