How to make doc martens look more feminine...?

Resolved Question

How to make doc martens look more feminine...?

I want to wear them, but so they still look girly and cute but edgy.
What sort of outfits could I wear so they look good?
Thanks :)

Hey,
I'm in love with Doc Martens right now :)

I wear mine with:
A floral dress, thick black cord tights and either a grey over sized cardigan or a 'vintage' biker jacket (you get get them at places like topshop).
This is a really cute grungy look.

Or

Grey acid wash skinny jeans, a white band tee and a grey over sized cardigan.

If you want to try out the festival look this summer and spring for the 'fresh from glastonbary' look (haha) you can do this:
High waisted vintage denim shorts, with a tucked in floral blouse and plenty of gold bracelets and stuff.
This look might be too cold at the moment.

Also, I took the laces out of mine and swapped them for a cute black floral ribbon. It looks great!

Hope this helps :)

Tuck the jeans into the Doc Martens. As for hair I'd go with a messy look. And then for makeup I'd do a black smokey eye with pale lips, or mascara and red lipstick.
  • Always wear with tight skinny jeans or leggings. I always put on leg warmers or thick socks. Keep your hair lose and your make up smoky.
