I want a lip piercing?

I was planning on getting a snake bite piercing behind my parents back, but we had a argument so i couldn't, but i told them i was going to today and they said no and that they wont give me my money if i do go get one, So i might just get one side done then get the other side done without them knowing and hide the piercings, But im not sure if i should or not :/ i was also thinking about piercing it myself :L

Don't do it you'll end up with a infection. Your not a professional, also listen to your parents. People lie about being open minded. Everybody acts so (PC) but they'll stereotype you for having tons of piercings and tattoos! You'll find it hard to get a good job! That stuff seems so cool know but believe me, it looks awful later.

• I wouldn't, a while back I wanted one but I waited and now I really don't want one. I say wait a year or two and if you still want it then go ahead and get it. Your parents are just worried you'll not want it and it does leave a little scar on your lip area. Plus you'll get judged more when being in an interview and stuff.
• i don't think lip piercings are such a good idea. they are a little scary kinda and don't do it yourself 'cus that's bad. however, if you really want it, i guess you should get it from a professional.
• I want one, but my parents say i am too young. I really think u should wait a while and see if u still want one. Do not do it urself u could easily screw it up.
