Are ripped jeans back in fashion yet?

I have loads of torn jeans.mainly by catching them on sharp objects or they have worn through.
I was thinking of throwing them out in the bin but it seems a shame to dump them.they are only worn around the pockets .knees and hems and are good quality.
Is it worth dumping them or are they back in fashion or should I hang on to them in case the fashion changes?

So long as your **** isn't hanging out, should be fine. You can buy iron on denim repair patches which stay put even when washed.
