Italian charm bracelet ideas.....?

I have just bought an Italian charm bracelet, and now am faced with 18 blank spaces to fill with 'charms'. What theme should i have for it??

On a more serious note. The most common things people add to their charm bracelet are their Birthstone, Zodiac Signs, Hobbies and of course their names or intials.

• use objects which are symbolic of times in your life which are memorable/ important to you. not necessarily big things, just like small memories that stick out, like a fun holiday or something :) have fun!
