Can you roll down the sleeves of "roll up shirts"?

yeah they usually roll down. But then they'll have a button half way up the arm where they were rolled up.

• yeah sure. but some roll up shirts are meant to have rolled sleeves so they make the sleeves end halfway along your arm so it looks like a three-quarter sleeve. i think those sleeves look weird, but depends how you look with it i guess.
