Bottom lip piercing in blue banana?

i want my lip pierced and i was wondering the following..
how old do you have to be? im 15.
how much is it?
and if my older sister comes with me will they still do it as she is 23 (:

how much it is depends on where you go really-find a good place though you don't want a manky piercing!
you need to be 16 to do it by yourself. so you could lie and get it done by yourself or get your sister to say its okay to the wify lady or manny as shes like your guardian not your mum! that would mean that she was 8 when she had you an the person will see right through you.

or you might just want to try the diy method of just doing it yourself as everyone i know is doing now! but i wouldn't recomend it...

  some places dont let you even if u have a guardian with you due to age restrictions. you usually need your parent if thats the prob
  
  the price can range from 20-50 dollars
  if you go with the lip ring & just pay to get it done it will be cheaper
