Suggestions for a dress?

I'm going to my brothers presentation evening in Novmber and I want a new dress
Preferably from a shop in England, and not over £40
Not too dressed up, just dort of like a prom dress.
Shoe and jewellry advice would me much appriciated :)
I'm 12, size 8/10 curvy and quite pale
