Need help with my Beyonce Single ladies outfit?

Sad I know, but me and my sisters are off to see Beyonce and we're dressing up. Im going as the single ladies Bey, and my sisters are still squabbling over who gets who. Anyway, I've got the leotard thing (wearing jeans too), the quiff, and just need to know how to make the gold robotic hand thing, or any ideas where I can buy anything similar?

Gold Cuffs are having a moment in all good high street stores but I don't think you're going to get something as elaborate as the handpiece she wears. Layering bracelets may be a cheaper alternative.
