Can some one make me an outfit?

ok here is the info you need

age:13

fave stores: american eagle, pac sun, forever21, delias, h&m, (aeropstale, abercrombie, and hollister sorta??)

colors: (i like a lot of colors soo i am going to name a few) charcoal gray, magenta, navy blue, dark green, purple, and mustard yellow

fave accessory: scarves and long necklaces

style: idk wht my style is but i like to wear a lot of jeans, long cardigans, tanks and camis, v necks, scarfs, converse, flannels, plaids, ballet flats, and a lot of more stuff lol

you can use polyvore if you want but you dont have 2

• im not sure on how to answer your question online but I will give it a shot!
  
  Hair: *get a straitener and be sure to do your intire head!
  *get a bunch of bobby pins and a large clip depending on your hair type.
  *Let your hair down and get the top most of your hair; the area where most girls have bangs; and pull it back and clip it to the back of your head.
  
  Once finished, it should look like you have a small bob on your head. or it should like like your have a little bump in your hair.
  *apply a stong hair spay as to be sure it all stays in place. I would suggest "bigsexyhair" or "Vaaaazoom".
  
  Thats your hair, make up is way to complicated so i will go strait to the outfit.
  
  wear a dress.
  be sure its a mini dress though and that it is well fitting. Choose one with bold primary colors only. nothing too neon or off colored. Stick with the primaries. those would be : Red Yellow Blue
  
  black and white may be included.
  
  as for the pattern use a very very simple one. like pokadots or plaid.
  Just lines and shapes!
  
  For your shoes, once again, any primary color or black and/or white/
  wear heels. I would suggest kitten heels because they complete this look but make sure that the shoe has a shine to it. A shoe with a bow on the edge is best once again KEEP IT SIMPLE!
