How to get a Job in a designer boutique in Birmingham?

any ideas can anyone name any independent shops they have seen? where do the likes of Gucci and Louis Vouitton advertise for staff?

Gucci and LV does not just hire random people you have to work at a high end department store for a very long time before they come and might ask you to work for them but if you want to work at a high end department store you have to have around 10 years+ in retail and then you have to work at the department store for around 10 years+ also!! it is really hard to get jobs at those places!!!!!!!!!
